How To Order Our Pastured Chicken
Our chickens are sold as whole birds and are approx 5lbs. Frozen birds are available at the Perry's Corners Farm Store while quantities last and we are taking orders for fresh chickens available July-October.
Fresh Whole Birds $6.00/lb ON PICK-UP DAY
Fresh chickens are only available July-October on the scheduled pick-up dates. Orders are taken in the spring using our online order form and pick up takes place at Perry's Corners Farm Store from 3pm-7pm. Fresh birds are $6.00/lb on pick up day. There will be a range of sizes and orders are distributed on a first come, first served basis.
We expect the birds to finish in the 4.5lb - 5.5lb range. Please take this into account. We also expect to sell all our chickens on fresh pick-up days, so please get your orders in asap!
2024 Pick Up Dates:
- Tuesday July 16 after 3pm SOLD OUT
- Tuesday August 13 after 3pm
- Tuesday September 10 after 3pm
- Wednesday October 16 after 3pm
Once you submit this form you will receive an email confirmation. A deposit may be required for large orders and can be made via e-transfer m.thomas@perryscornersfarm.ca or drop off/mail cash or cheque. Please make cheques payable to Megan Thomas. Deposits are considered a commitment to purchase and are nonrefundable.
The butcher dates will be confirmed the week before the actual day, you will get a reminder email that they are booked in.
Pick-up takes place at Perry's Corners Farm Store. We will be open extended hours on Fresh Chicken Pick-up days for your convenience. Birds are usually available after 3pm.
